IIC Asia Chapter
 
The International Institute of Communications (IIC) is a non-profit forum for senior policy makers, regulators, scholars and industry players to engage and debate trends in communications, including the Internet, telecommunications, broadcasting, print and new media and their impact on society. The goal of the IIC is to provide a global framework for dialogue and promote access to communications for all people of the world. IIC’s secretariat is situated in London with other chapters in Australia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Pakistan, South Africa and the US.

Based in Hong Kong with a branch in Singapore, the IIC Asia chapter aims to further the dialogue between industry leaders and policy-makers in the region, focusing on all aspects of the converging worlds of telecom, broadcast and electronic media. IIC Asia will organize a number of events throughout the year designed to draw together industry, government and academia and address issues of relevance in the converging communications sector.
